How to insert Google Adsense ads on .tel domains

Step-by-step instructions on how to insert Google AdSense ads on .tel domains.

Google ads can only appear on the right side of your pages and only support the square ad units.

.Tel AdSense is currently only for desktop proxies, not mobile devices.

STEP 1. Open a Google AdSense Account.: You only need one account for ALL of your domains.

Visit Google Adsense and sign up for an account. Use a .tel domain that has good content.: www.google.com/adsense/g-app-single-1

STEP 2. Wait for email from Google.: Might take more than a day.

STEP 3. Login to your Google account: Click [AdSense Setup] > [AdSense for Content]

STEP 4. Select Ad Unit: Press [Continue]

STEP 5. Select only the 250 x 250 Square ad unit and set colors to suit your domain. Tel pages have been designed to suit the 250 square.: Press [Continue]

STEP 6. Channels separate different statistics. Add a channel for your domain: Press [Continue]

STEP 7. Locate the Google ad_client_ID and ad_slot_ID. Client ID starts with PUB.: You will need them both in the CTH.

STEP 8. Login to your CTH: Select a domain or subdomain for the ad(s).

STEP 9. Go to the Adsense Setup: Click [Settings] then click [Google AdSense Setup]

STEP 10. Copy the ad client ID (starts with PUB-): into the Publisher ID field

STEP 11. Copy the first ad slot ID: into the an Advert ID field and [Save].

If you want a second ad on that page: repeat steps 3 thru 11.
